The ASSEMBLY FRIEND VIEWER is a worker assistance system for production optimization, quality assurance, maintenance, repair and installation – especially in assembly and manufacturing. The software is used to display digital 3D work instructions and to document the work process or assembly step. Various functions are available in this solution to make your manufacturing paperless and to positively change and digitalize work processes.
With the ASSEMBLY FRIEND VIEWER, you not only create digital work instructions, but can also integrate all necessary information and media into the system. Process sequences can be individually adapted to your workers. This allows you to minimize errors within your assembly. In addition, you benefit from digital verification and process documentation (monitoring).

With our corresponding software, the ASSEMBLY FRIEND COMPOSER, you can create interactive, easy-to-understand 3D assembly instructions. The user can view 3D components individually and create animations that explain each work step very simply. For each work step, the tools and aids that are required can be displayed. All you need is the 3D CAD product data. Drawings, images and additional information from your previous 2D instructions can be transferred easily.
The software is designed so that employees in development, work preparation and production can create effective assembly instructions as quickly and successfully as possible, even without prior knowledge of working with 3D software.
